The most common support email we receive is not about a bead or a delivery. It is a photograph of a wrist held next to a ruler, and the question: which size?

Measure the wrist, not the old bracelet
Wrap a strip of paper or a soft tape around the wrist just below the wrist bone — the narrow point, above the two bones of the hand. Note the number in centimetres. Do not measure an old bracelet laid flat: elastic relaxes, cord stretches, and a loop measured closed reads shorter than the wrist it actually fits.
If you have no tape, use a strip of paper, mark where it meets, and lay the strip against a ruler. The measurement does not need to be precise to the millimetre, but it does need to be taken on the actual wrist.

Then decide snug or loose
Between two sizes, go up. A snug fit sits close and does not rotate; a looser fit slides a little and is easier to take off. Both are correct — the choice is about how you wear it, not about which number is right.
Bead diameter matters here too, and it is the part most people miss. The same wrist circumference holds fewer 16mm beads than 10mm beads, and the total number of beads drives the finished length. That is why the design studio shows a live fit reading: it recalculates as you place beads, so you see the strand closing around your own measurement rather than guessing from a size chart.
If you are still unsure
Send us the number. We will pick the length for you and tell you what we chose and why. A measured wrist and a stated preference is enough for us to commit to a size on your behalf — that is a normal part of the order, not an imposition.
One thing to know before you confirm
Custom-configured bracelets are final sale. Each one is strung to an exact selection, so a change of mind about a bead, a size or a stone cannot be resold as the same piece. Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of placing, before beads are allocated. After that, please ask us before ordering if anything at all is unclear — including fit, plating and stone appearance. Answering those questions costs nothing; rebuilding a bracelet does.
