Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how and when AsterBead orders are produced and delivered. It applies to all orders placed through our store.

Production Time

Every bracelet is strung by hand after you place your order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships. Orders containing multiple bracelets may take one additional day.

Shipping Rates

  • Free standard shipping on all orders of $35 or more.
  • $4.90 flat rate for orders under $35.
  • Rates are calculated in USD and converted at checkout for other currencies.

Delivery Times

Standard international delivery takes 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on your destination and local customs clearance. Remote regions may take up to 21 business days.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as customs processing and carrier delays are outside our control.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel is dispatched. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active with the carrier.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Orders are shipped from China. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your country are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare parcels accurately and cannot mark orders as gifts or understate their value.

If a parcel is refused at customs and returned to us, we will refund the item price less the outbound shipping cost.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours at 358153172@qq.com and we will update it before dispatch. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped.

Parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address may be re-shipped at the customer's expense.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If tracking shows no movement for 15 consecutive days, or if your order has not arrived within 45 days of shipment, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. Where a parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
